Now he shares his expertise and experiences with XTRA Sports listeners. He loves to get together with other fans at home games, meet ups or bowling if the opportunity presents itself.

John Gennaro moved to San Diego as a teen in 1998 and immediately became a lifelong fan of both the Chargers and the Padres. Since, he has attended hundreds of Padres home games and a few dozen Chargers home games. While watching the Bolts go from the worst team in the league to one of the best, he formed a love affair with the intricacies of football and eventually grew the community at boltsfromtheblue.com with like-minded "football nerds" that cared a little too much about what happened away from the ball on each play.
