I was THAT parent the other day at Topher’s lacrosse game. He wasn’t moving his feet, so I clapped my hands real loud and barked…”come on, kid, you gotta move, you gotta
move your feet.” It was loud and I instantly regretted it. I was frustrated and it got the best of me. He just kind of glides but when he does motor, the kid can move. I think the game is still so new to him that a lot of time he gets caught thinking.
I am going to enroll him in his first football camp this Summer. His upper school’s team is perennially good and their coach is a good one. Plus players who are on the team help out as well. I just want to see if he likes it. If he doesn’t, no worries. But I want him to give it a shot at least once.
Watched the Padres game last night. Well, that’s a lie. I watched the first half of the first inning. A two-run homer and a 3-run shot
I don’t mind seeing this!
Talk to you tomorrow.
